THE INFLUENCE OF SUPPLY CHAIN COMPLEXITY ON RESILIENCE:
INSIGHTS FROM 16 INCIDENTS
PANTA RAY has partnered once again with the Politecnico di Milano for a new report on supply chain resilience. This report adopts the Critical Incident Technique to analyze the influence of supply chain complexity on resilience in the case of a disruption.
The study includes 16 multinational companies that suffered unexpected incidents, such as environmental fines or natural disasters. This is a great resource for those working in business continuity, supply chain, risk and resilience to see how different strategies played out in the past.
